Twilight light-painted exterior of a Snohomish home

One shoot. A complete launch.

You get the home ready. We capture it and edit it. Photos are in your inbox the next day, videos on day two, everything by day three.

You get the home ready. We take it from there.

Get the home ready

Staging, the small repairs, the seller conversations. That is the part only you can do, and it is what makes everything after it work. Tell us as soon as you know the listing is coming, and we start our research while you prep.

We capture all of it

About two hours on site, three on Pro. Photos, drone, video, 3D tour. Then everything is edited to look its best, and the showcase site and the graphics get built. You do not need to be there. On Pro, you are on camera for the first hour.

Everything lands in your inbox

Photos and floor plan the next day, the videos next, then one email with the exact link for every MLS box. Within three business days the showcase site is live and the launch is built. Run it yourself, or add Launch to Close and we run it.

What arrives in your inbox.

Three plain emails from your launch coordinator over three business days, each with a link. No portal, no password.

Photos, floor plan, and 3D tour

A link to the full photo set, already in your Google Drive folder. The floor plan attached. Branded and MLS links for the Zillow 3D tour.

Your videos are ready

Branded, MLS-safe, no-graphics, and the Reels, each with a link to preview and a link to download. The YouTube upload kit, thumbnail, title, and description, ready to paste. Any print pieces you ordered come in this one too.

Your showcase site is live

The listing showcase site is up, with the status graphics in place. One email with the exact link for each MLS virtual tour box, ready to copy and paste, plus the one link that opens everything.

Everything also lands in your own shared Google Drive folder. Every listing you have ever done with us, in one place, for as long as you are with im3rd Media. The photos from that condo last spring are two clicks away.

Cinematic tour, five ways.

One shoot, five files, so you can repost the video for weeks without it looking like a repeat. These five are all from the same listing. Click any of them to see how they differ.

The two blank cuts are the ones agents reuse most: a voiceover for a market update, a green-screen intro, a thirty-second clip when the price changes.

Launch to Close, $149 with any Listing Launchpad package

Seen every day until it’s under contract.

Nobody stops for another look-at-my-listing post. So we post what the neighborhood cares about, its businesses, news, and events, and tie each one back to your showcase site. That is how a listing stays visible for weeks without wearing out its welcome.

After launch week, a mix of these.

Not all of it every week. We pick what the listing needs that week, until it is under contract.

Neighborhood content on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts

Posts about what the neighborhood cares about, tied back to your listing, from our accounts with you as collaborator.

Email in your name

To your database, and to our network of agents, when there is something worth saying: a price change, an open house, a new angle on the home.

Postcards, as needed

Designed and mailed at coming soon and at closing, or when a neighborhood needs a nudge. You cover the stamps.

Your part. Yes, there is one.

We do the heavy lifting, but a listing gets seen because its agent shows up in it. Three things, and we guide you through each.

01

Get the home ready

And tell us the moment you know a listing is coming, even without a date, so we can research and hold a spot.

02

Share your database once

A one-time setup, then it runs.

03

Send us what you see

Every time you are at the home, an open house, a showing, a chat with a neighbor: a quick phone photo or a two-line text. We turn it into content. We send you a short guide on what to capture, and one email on Sunday night asking how the weekend went.

Included with Launch to Close

None of it counts if your seller doesn't know.

Every step so far has one purpose: get eyes on the listing showcase site. The report is how your seller watches it happen. Every Monday, a written update of what went out, where the listing was seen, and what comes next, with your name on it. Written and designed by us, sent to your seller with you copied, or to you to forward. A seller who gets this every week knows exactly what their agent is doing for them, and that is the agent they refer.

The day it goes under contract, we send your seller a review request for you, and follow up until it lands.

Common questions.

Do I pay now or later?
New agents put down a 50% deposit at booking, and the balance is due after the shoot, before the media is delivered. Returning agents are invoiced after the shoot, and the invoice is paid before delivery.
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as you know the listing is coming, even without a date. Tell your launch coordinator what you know, and we can hold a spot ahead of time. More important, the earlier we know, the more research we do on the home and the neighborhood while you are getting the house ready, and the better the content is when we shoot. Everything is back within three business days of the shoot.
Do I need to be at the shoot?
No. On Pro, come for the first hour to be on camera, then go.
Can I change my package after booking?
Yes, with 48 hours notice. Tell your launch coordinator, since the shoot time changes with the package.
What if I need to reschedule?
Yes, with 24 hours notice, no fee. If we arrive and the home is not ready to be captured, a $195 return-trip fee covers coming back another day.
Do you post from my accounts?
No. We post from im3rd Media's accounts and add you as collaborator on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, so the post shows on your profile too. You never hand over a password.
Whose name is on the emails?
Yours. They go out from a dedicated sending address in your name, and replies come to your inbox.
Who pays for postcards?
The postcard platform and the templates are free with every package, and you pay the postage. On your own, you send them yourself. With Launch to Close, we run the postcard campaign for you.
What do you need from me while it is listed?
Get the home ready, share your database once, and send us a quick photo or note whenever you are at the home. We send you a short guide on what to capture, and one email on Sunday night asking how the weekend went.
I am not ready to commit. Can I just talk first?
Yes. Book a strategy call. No commitment, no pitch.

Got a listing coming? Let's launch it.

Even if the ducks aren't in a row yet. Tell us what you know today, we'll hold a spot and start the research while you get the home ready.
